目的:探究高血压性心脏病心脏彩超与心电图的对比,分析两种诊断方法的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院自2013年1月到2014年1月间接收治疗的40例高血压性心脏病患者。医师分别采用传统心电图检测仪器对40例患者进行诊断,然后采用彩色多普勒超声对40例患者进行检查,其中心电图组为参照组,彩色多普勒超声诊断组为研究组,观察两组患者的影像学表现,分析两组诊断符合率。结果:研究组患者采用彩色多普勒超声诊断后,诊断结果显著优于参照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:高血压性心脏病患者在进行病情检测时,借助彩色多普勒超声仪进行诊断,可以提高检测准确性,这样做安全且易操作,值得在临床医学中推广使用。

목적:탐구고혈압성심장병심장채초여심전도적대비,분석량충진단방법적림상응용개치。방법:선택아원자2013년1월도2014년1월간접수치료적40례고혈압성심장병환자。의사분별채용전통심전도검측의기대40례환자진행진단,연후채용채색다보륵초성대40례환자진행검사,기중심전도조위삼조조,채색다보륵초성진단조위연구조,관찰량조환자적영상학표현,분석량조진단부합솔。결과:연구조환자채용채색다보륵초성진단후,진단결과현저우우삼조조환자(P<0.05)。결론:고혈압성심장병환자재진행병정검측시,차조채색다보륵초성의진행진단,가이제고검측준학성,저양주안전차역조작,치득재림상의학중추엄사용。
Objective: Explore the contrast echocardiography with hypertensive heart disease ECG, clinical application value of two diagnostic methods. Method:I choose to receive treatment from the hospital between January 2013 to January 2014 40 cases of hypertensive heart disease. Physicians were using traditional ECG testing equipment for diagnosis in 40 patients, and the use of color Doppler ultrasound examination performed in 40 patients; among ECG group was the reference group, color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic groups for the study group were observed the imaging findings, analysis and diagnosis groups coincidence. Result: After studying patients using color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis, diagnostic results were significantly better than the reference group of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: When carrying out the disease in patients with hypertensive heart disease detection, using color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis, can improve the detection accuracy, this safe and easy to operate and should be introduced in clinical medicine.
