目的：比较电针结合头针、耳穴贴压治疗术后腹胀与常规普通针刺治疗的疗效差异。方法：将104例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用电针加头针，每日1次，其间采用王不留行籽耳穴贴压，每日每穴双侧交替按压5次；对照组采用常规针刺，每日1次。观察两组针刺治疗前后肠鸣音、腹胀、伴随症状、体征改变情况及术后首次排气时间。结果：治疗组总有效率为94．4％，优于对照组的78％（ P＜0．05）。结论：电针结合头针及耳穴贴压治疗术后腹胀较单纯体针治疗更为有效。
목적：비교전침결합두침、이혈첩압치료술후복창여상규보통침자치료적료효차이。방법：장104례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조채용전침가두침，매일1차，기간채용왕불류행자이혈첩압，매일매혈쌍측교체안압5차；대조조채용상규침자，매일1차。관찰량조침자치료전후장명음、복창、반수증상、체정개변정황급술후수차배기시간。결과：치료조총유효솔위94．4％，우우대조조적78％（ P＜0．05）。결론：전침결합두침급이혈첩압치료술후복창교단순체침치료경위유효。
Objective:To observe the different therapeutic effects between electro -acupuncture combined with scalp,ear points pressing and body acupuncture therapy and acupuncture for treating postoperative distension of abdomen .Methods:104 patients with postoperative distension of abdomen were randomly allocated to a treat-ment group and a control group .The subjects were treated by electro -acupuncture combined with scalp , ear points pressing and body acupuncture therapy in the treatment group once every day .Each ear point should be alternatively pressed five times daily .The subjects were treated with acupuncture in the control group once every day.Results:After treatment,the total clinically curative rate in the treatment group amounted to 94.4%, and the other group was 78%.The former was much higher than the latter ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with scalp ,ear points pressing is more effective in the treatment of postoperative disten-sion of abdomen compared with body acupuncture therapy only .
