目的：探讨针刺配合放血、耳针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效和治疗机理。方法：将180例患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组，每组90例，治疗组采用针刺配合放血、耳针治疗，体穴取L3～L5夹脊为主；放血穴位取L3～L5棘突下、委中或阳陵泉、阿是穴；耳穴取耳尖、内分泌、肾上腺、腰椎等。对照组采用单纯针刺治疗，与治疗组中针刺疗法相同。连续治疗2个疗程进行疗效对比，并观察两组治疗前后症状积分的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率94．44％，对照组为80％，差别有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗后两组临床症状积分比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：针刺配合放血、耳针对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于单纯针刺疗法。

목적：탐토침자배합방혈、이침치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효화치료궤리。방법：장180례환자수궤분위량조，치료조화대조조，매조90례，치료조채용침자배합방혈、이침치료，체혈취L3～L5협척위주；방혈혈위취L3～L5극돌하、위중혹양릉천、아시혈；이혈취이첨、내분비、신상선、요추등。대조조채용단순침자치료，여치료조중침자요법상동。련속치료2개료정진행료효대비，병관찰량조치료전후증상적분적변화。결과：치료조총유효솔94．44％，대조조위80％，차별유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료후량조림상증상적분비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：침자배합방혈、이침대요추간반돌출증적림상료효우우단순침자요법。
Objective:To explore the clinically therapeutic effect and mechanisms of acupuncture combined with bleeding and auricular acupuncture for treating the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc .Methods:180 ca-ses were randomly divided into two groups , a treatment group and a control group ,with 90 cases in each group . The treatment group was treated with acupuncture associated with pricking blood and auricular acupuncture , with body points lumbar Jiaji (EX-B2) mainly from 3 to 5, bleeding points that the lower of spinous process from the 3rd lumbar vertebra to the 5th lumbar vertebra,Weizhong(BL40) or Yanglingquan(GB34),A shi acu-points , and auricular points ear apex , endocrine , adrenal gland , lumbar were selected .The control group was treated with simple acupuncture that was the same as acupuncture therapy in the treatment group .The therapeu-tic effect was recorded after two courses of continuous treatment , and clinical symptom scores in both groups were observed before and after treatment .Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and the con-trol group were 94 .44% and 80%, respectively .And there was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .After treatment , clinical symptom scores in both groups had a significant difference ( P<0 .05 ) . Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with bleeding and auricular acupuncture is better than that of simple acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc .
