目的：观察肌筋膜理论下针刺治疗慢性每日头痛的疗效。方法：应用肌筋膜理论下针刺治疗慢性每日头痛，与传统的针刺方法作对照，以头痛日记为疗效指标， VAS评分、每月头痛天数与对照组相比较。结果：经过8周治疗且随访3个月，应用肌筋膜理论下针刺治疗慢性每日头痛均优于常规针刺组，组间比较有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：慢性每日头痛可能与头颈部肌筋膜功能障碍有关，基于肌筋膜理论下针刺疗法效果显著。
목적：관찰기근막이론하침자치료만성매일두통적료효。방법：응용기근막이론하침자치료만성매일두통，여전통적침자방법작대조，이두통일기위료효지표， VAS평분、매월두통천수여대조조상비교。결과：경과8주치료차수방3개월，응용기근막이론하침자치료만성매일두통균우우상규침자조，조간비교유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：만성매일두통가능여두경부기근막공능장애유관，기우기근막이론하침자요법효과현저。
Objective:To observe the result of treating chronic daily headache by acupunture based on myofas-cial-theory.Methods:Compare the effects on treating chornic daily headache with theory -based myofascial acupuncture and traditional acupuncture , with headache diary , VAS score, number of headache days per month as outcome measures .Results:After 8 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow -up, treating daily headache by acupuncture based on myofascial theory was better than routine acupuncture and was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic daily headache may be associated with head and neck myofascial dysfunc -tion,and the effect of acupuncture based on myofascial theory is remarkable .
