以镇海电网的现状为出发点，分析了影响电网功率因数合格率的主要因素，并根据实际情况，提出了修改VQC定值、完善管理流程、进行变电站补偿电容器容量调整、加强指标管理等多项技术和管理措施。通过技术改进、流程管理、电网运行方式的综合调整，大大提高了镇海电网的功率因数合格率。

Starting with the present status of Zhenhai power grid , the paper analyzes main factors influencing power factor qualification rate of grid power;in addition, it puts forward a number of technical and manage-ment measures such as modifying VQC constant value, perfecting management process , adjusting capacity of compensating capacitor in the substation , strengthening index management , etc. Qualification rate of power factor of Zhenhai grid is greatly enhanced through technological improvement , process management and com-prehensive adjustment of grid operation mode.
