为解决目前矿用主扇风机在线监测系统存在的振动信号不准确以及设备故障原因识别困难等问题,提出了由风机监测子站、矿区监测分站以及远程预知维护中心组成的矿用主扇风机远程健康系统,介绍了主扇风机监测子站的设计及实现,包括子站的功能模块结构、监测参数和硬件选型,并分析了软件多线程设计流程和远程通讯功能实现的步骤。现场应用表明,监测子站为矿用主扇风机实现远程预知性维护提供了全面和准确的数据支持,从而提高了风机状态诊断结果的精确性。

In order to solve the problems of inaccurate vibration signal and difficult j udgment on faulty reason existed in current on-line monitoring system of main fan used in coal mine,a re-mote fault diagnosis system for main fan was developed,composed of fan monitoring sub-station, mining area branch station and remote center of predictive maintenance.In this paper,the design and implementation of main fan monitoring sub-station were introduced,including functional module structure of sub-station,monitoring parameters and hardware selection.The multithread design process and steps to realize the remote communication were analyzed.The practice showed that the sub-station could provide complete and accurate data for remote predictive maintenance on main fan,thus increase diagnosis accuracy.
