井底车场是联结井下主要运输水平和井筒提升的枢纽,其围岩稳定性对矿井安全高效生产具有重要影响。针对红庆河煤矿+665水平井底车场地质条件,通过FLAC3 D数值模拟对比分析了卧式与立式环形井底车场的稳定性。结果表明,前者由于三角区面积较小,剪切塑性区破坏范围较大,确保井底车场稳定性较困难,而后者孤岛面积较大,较前者更有利于维持井底车场围岩的稳定性,确定煤矿深部井底车场合理形式为立式环形。

Shaft station is a hinge to connect underground main transport roadway and shaft lifting,so its surrounding rock stability has significant influence on the safe and efficient mine production. According to the geological conditions of +665m level shaft station in Hongqinghe Mine,with the FLAC3D numerical simulation,this paper makes a contrastive analysis on the stability of horizontal ring shaft station and vertical one. The results indicate that the former has a small triangle area and the damage range of shearing plastic zone is larger,so it is hard to en-sure the stability of the shaft station;however the latter has a large island area,which is in favor of maintaining the stability of shaft station surrounding rock. As a result,the vertical ring shaft station is determined to be the reasonable shaft station form.
