目的:通过分析急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清内脂素浓度与罪犯血管虚拟组织学-血管内超声(VH-IVUS)特点的相关性研究探讨内脂素影响斑块易损性的机制。
<br> 方法:选取急性冠状动脉综合征患者60例,冠状动脉造影完全正常者20例作为对照。运用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA法)检测血清内脂素浓度。结合心电图检查ST-T发生改变的导联,超声心动图出现室壁运动异常的节段以及冠状动脉造影检查发现复杂病变的部位综合确定罪犯血管病变。分析急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清内脂素浓度与罪犯血管VH-IVUS特点的相关性。
<br> 结果:血清内脂素浓度与罪犯血管病变坏死核心体积绝对值呈正相关(r=0.391,P=0.02),有统计学意义;与罪犯血管病变纤维脂质体积绝对值亦呈正相关(r=0.390,P=0.02),有统计学意义。
<br> 结论:急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清内脂素浓度的增加伴随罪犯血管病变相对不稳定成分坏死核心及纤维脂质含量的增加。
目的:通過分析急性冠狀動脈綜閤徵患者血清內脂素濃度與罪犯血管虛擬組織學-血管內超聲(VH-IVUS)特點的相關性研究探討內脂素影響斑塊易損性的機製。
<br> 方法:選取急性冠狀動脈綜閤徵患者60例,冠狀動脈造影完全正常者20例作為對照。運用酶聯免疫分析法(ELISA法)檢測血清內脂素濃度。結閤心電圖檢查ST-T髮生改變的導聯,超聲心動圖齣現室壁運動異常的節段以及冠狀動脈造影檢查髮現複雜病變的部位綜閤確定罪犯血管病變。分析急性冠狀動脈綜閤徵患者血清內脂素濃度與罪犯血管VH-IVUS特點的相關性。
<br> 結果:血清內脂素濃度與罪犯血管病變壞死覈心體積絕對值呈正相關(r=0.391,P=0.02),有統計學意義;與罪犯血管病變纖維脂質體積絕對值亦呈正相關(r=0.390,P=0.02),有統計學意義。
<br> 結論:急性冠狀動脈綜閤徵患者血清內脂素濃度的增加伴隨罪犯血管病變相對不穩定成分壞死覈心及纖維脂質含量的增加。

<br> 방법:선취급성관상동맥종합정환자60례,관상동맥조영완전정상자20례작위대조。운용매련면역분석법(ELISA법)검측혈청내지소농도。결합심전도검사ST-T발생개변적도련,초성심동도출현실벽운동이상적절단이급관상동맥조영검사발현복잡병변적부위종합학정죄범혈관병변。분석급성관상동맥종합정환자혈청내지소농도여죄범혈관VH-IVUS특점적상관성。
<br> 결과:혈청내지소농도여죄범혈관병변배사핵심체적절대치정정상관(r=0.391,P=0.02),유통계학의의;여죄범혈관병변섬유지질체적절대치역정정상관(r=0.390,P=0.02),유통계학의의。
<br> 결론:급성관상동맥종합정환자혈청내지소농도적증가반수죄범혈관병변상대불은정성분배사핵심급섬유지질함량적증가。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between the plasma visfatin level and virtual histology-intravascular ultrasound (VH-IVUS) characteristics of culprit vessels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and to study the effect of visfatin on vulnerability of the plaque.
<br> Methods: Our work included 2 groups, ACS group, n=60 patients and Control group, n=20 subjects with normal angiography. Plasma visfatin level was examined by ELISA. Culprit vessels were identiifed by comprehensive assessment including ST-T changes of ECG, left ventricular wall motion abnormality of ultrasound examination and the complex lesion diagnosed by coronary angiography. The relationship between plasma visfatin level and VH-IVUS characteristics of culprit vessels were analyzed.
<br> Results: Plasma visfatin level was positively related to the absolute volume of culprit necrotic core (r=0.391, P=0.02) and positively related to ifbro-fatty (r=0.390, P=0.02).
<br> Conclusion: Increased plasma visfatin level was associated with unstable composition of necrotic core and ifbro-fatty of culprit vessels in ACS patients.
