目的：探讨结直肠癌化疗前后肿瘤标志物（CEA、CA199）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、C 反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取本院2011年1月至2012年12月收治的50例结直肠癌患者为研究对象，另选取50例正常体检者为对照组，测量两组患者肿瘤标志物、血脂及 CRP 水平，并观察结直肠癌患者化疗前后 CEA、CA199、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 及 CRP 水平变化。结果与对照组相比，结直肠癌患者 CEA、CA199、CRP 水平显著升高，而 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 水平显著下降，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。两组 TG 水平无显著差异（P ＜0．05）。与化疗前相比，结直肠癌患者化疗后完全缓解（CR）组及部分缓解（PR）组 CEA、CA199、CRP 水平显著下降，而 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 水平显著上升，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），而 CR、PR 组 TG 水平无变化（P＞0．05）。进展（PD）组患者与治疗前相比，CEA、CA199、CRP 水平显著升高，而 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 水平显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。稳定组（SD）各指标化疗前后无显著变化（P ＞0．05）。结论化疗前后通过测定结直肠癌患者肿瘤标志物、血脂及 CRP 水平能有效预测患者化疗效果，为临床化疗方案的制定提供指导。
목적：탐토결직장암화료전후종류표지물（CEA、CA199）、총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）、저밀도지단백（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백（HDL-C）、C 반응단백（CRP）수평적변화급기림상의의。방법선취본원2011년1월지2012년12월수치적50례결직장암환자위연구대상，령선취50례정상체검자위대조조，측량량조환자종류표지물、혈지급 CRP 수평，병관찰결직장암환자화료전후 CEA、CA199、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 급 CRP 수평변화。결과여대조조상비，결직장암환자 CEA、CA199、CRP 수평현저승고，이 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 수평현저하강，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。량조 TG 수평무현저차이（P ＜0．05）。여화료전상비，결직장암환자화료후완전완해（CR）조급부분완해（PR）조 CEA、CA199、CRP 수평현저하강，이 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 수평현저상승，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05），이 CR、PR 조 TG 수평무변화（P＞0．05）。진전（PD）조환자여치료전상비，CEA、CA199、CRP 수평현저승고，이 TC、LDL-C、HDL-C 수평현저승고，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。은정조（SD）각지표화료전후무현저변화（P ＞0．05）。결론화료전후통과측정결직장암환자종류표지물、혈지급 CRP 수평능유효예측환자화료효과，위림상화료방안적제정제공지도。
Objective To investigate the levels changes and clinical significance of tumor markers (CEA,CA199), total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C),high densitylipoprotein (HDL-C),C-reac-tive protein (CRP)of cancer after chemotherapy of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 50 cases of colorectal canc-er were treated for the study from January 2011 to December 2012,50cases of normal physical examination were select-ed as the control group.The levels of measure tumor markers,blood lipids and CRP were observed before and after cancer.The levels change of CEA,CA199,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C of two groups were compared.Results The levels of CEA,CA199,CRP of cervical cancer were higher than control group,the levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C of cervical cancer were lower than control group (P <0.05).The levels of TG were no significant difference (P <0.05).The lev-els of CEA,CA199,CA15-3,CRP of complete remission (CR)group and partial remission (PR)group after chemother-apy were lower than previous chemotherapy.The levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C of CR and PR groups were higher after chemotherapy than previous chemotherapy (P <0.05).The levels of TG of CR,PR group were no significant difference (P>0.05).The levels of CEA,CA199 CRP of Progress (PD)were higher after chemotherapy than previous chemo-therapy (P <0.05).The levels of TC,LDL-C,HDL-C of Progress (PD)were lower after chemotherapy than previous chemotherapy (P <0.05).The each index of Stable group (SD)were no significant difference (P >0.05)before and af-ter chemotherapy.Conclusion By measuring before and after chemotherapy in patients with cervical cancer tumor markers,blood lipids and CRP levels can predict the effect of chemotherapy patients,to provide guidance for the devel-opment of clinical chemotherapy.
