选择性催化还原(SCR)是目前控制氮氧化物排放的主要技术。本文介绍了锅炉炉后脱硝系统的布置位置及工艺条件、已经工业化的氨选择性高温还原钒催化剂的特点,以及近年来低温脱硝催化剂的研究现状。指出我国脱硝催化剂应提高还原剂的选择性,开发新型低温催化剂应重点考察烟气中的水、二氧化硫及硫酸氢铵等对催化剂的影响。

The selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the main technique in control ing the emission of nitrogen oxides. The paper presents the col ocation position and its technology condition of denitration system in furnace rear, characteristic of industrialized vanadium catalyst using ammonia at high temperature and research status of SCR catalyst at low temperature in recent years. The paper indicates that the development of denitration catalyst in our country would increase the selectivity of catalysts, and would study the impact of water, SO2 and ammonium bisulfate in lfue gas on catalyst while developing catalyst with new type and at low temperature.
