对国内10个典型燃煤电厂应用袋式除尘技术的情况进行了调研;综合分析了电厂袋式除尘器的运行情况,以及滤袋使用寿命、除尘器电耗及运行费用、维管工作量、对后续脱硫装置的影响及脱汞效果等情况;结论认为,袋式除尘技术能够有效控制燃煤电厂的烟尘排放,并能够在火电行业普遍推广应用,为火电行业的节能减排和PM2.5治理作出贡献。
對國內10箇典型燃煤電廠應用袋式除塵技術的情況進行瞭調研;綜閤分析瞭電廠袋式除塵器的運行情況,以及濾袋使用壽命、除塵器電耗及運行費用、維管工作量、對後續脫硫裝置的影響及脫汞效果等情況;結論認為,袋式除塵技術能夠有效控製燃煤電廠的煙塵排放,併能夠在火電行業普遍推廣應用,為火電行業的節能減排和PM2.5治理作齣貢獻。

The paper sees the investigation and study on the application of bag hose precipitating technology in 10 typi-cal coal-ifred power plants of the country;makes a comprehensive analysis on the operation situation of bag hose precipitator in power plant and on the situations such as use life of ifltering bag, power consumption and operation costs of precipitator, workload of maintaining pipes, impact on fol ow-up desulfurization equipment and effect of de-mercury. The conclusion shows that the bag hose precipitating technology could effectively control the soot emission in coal-ifred power plants, could integrate electrical precipitating technology, and could popularize the application in power industry so as to make contribution to energy saving and emission reduction as wel as the treatment of PM2.5 in power plant industry.
