目的:验证紫外分光光度法测定奥美拉唑清洁残留物的准确性。方法以0.1 mol/L NaOH溶液为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为305 nm。结果该检验方法在2~16μg/mL范围有较好线性关系,准确度与精密度分别为0.5%、0.3%,检测限与定量限分别为0.045μg/mL、0.14μg/mL。擦拭法的回收率大于70.92%。结论此方法简单易操作,准确度、精密度良好。

목적:험증자외분광광도법측정오미랍서청길잔류물적준학성。방법이0.1 mol/L NaOH용액위용제,채용자외분광광도법,검측파장위305 nm。결과해검험방법재2~16μg/mL범위유교호선성관계,준학도여정밀도분별위0.5%、0.3%,검측한여정량한분별위0.045μg/mL、0.14μg/mL。찰식법적회수솔대우70.92%。결론차방법간단역조작,준학도、정밀도량호。
Objective To validate the accuracy of determination of cleaning residue in omeprazole by UV Spectrophotometry.Methods 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution was used as solvent. UV spectrophotometry was used and its detective wave length was 305 nm.Results It was good linear relationship in the rang of 2~16μg/mL The accuracy was 0.5%, and the precision was 0.3%. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.045μg/mLand 0.14μg/mL Wiping the recovery rate was more than 70.92%.Conclusion UV Spectrophotometry is a simple and an easy way to detect the cleaning residue in omeprazole with high accuracy and good precision.
