目的：研究乳酸米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2012年2月～2013年7月期间收治的70例难治性心力衰竭患者进行研究分析，所有患者划分为治疗组与对照组，两组各35例。常规治疗基础上，对照组行5μg/（kg·min）多巴胺持续泵入治疗，治疗组行0.5μg/（kg·min）乳酸米力农注射液，1个疗程为5 d。对比两组的临床疗效与治疗前后静息心率、左心室射血分数以及左心室舒张末径的变化。结果治疗组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组左心室射血分数、静息心率均优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组与对照组左心室舒张末径无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论乳酸米力农治疗难治性心力衰竭具有一定临床疗效。
목적：연구유산미력농치료난치성심력쇠갈적효과。방법선취2012년2월～2013년7월기간수치적70례난치성심력쇠갈환자진행연구분석，소유환자화분위치료조여대조조，량조각35례。상규치료기출상，대조조행5μg/（kg·min）다파알지속빙입치료，치료조행0.5μg/（kg·min）유산미력농주사액，1개료정위5 d。대비량조적림상료효여치료전후정식심솔、좌심실사혈분수이급좌심실서장말경적변화。결과치료조림상치료효과명현우우대조조，량조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료조좌심실사혈분수、정식심솔균우우대조조，량조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료조여대조조좌심실서장말경무명현변화，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론유산미력농치료난치성심력쇠갈구유일정림상료효。
Objective To observe the Curative effect of milrinone lactate on Refractory heart failure.Methods 70 patients with refractory heart failure Admitted from February 2012 to July 2013 were divided into research group and control group. Each group had 35 cases. Based on regular treatment, the patients of control group were given dopamine[5μg/(kg·min)] to pump into on continuous treatment, while the treatment group were being given milrinone lactate[5μg/(kg·min)] injection for a treatment, and a treatment was 5 d. Then compared the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter.Results The Curative effect and the resting heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group were better than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significante(P<0.05). The treatment group was no significant different from the control group on left ventricular end diastolic diameter(P>0.05).Conclusion Milrinone lactate was good for the treatment of the Refractory heart failure, which is worth popularizing.
