目的：探讨终止瘢痕子宫早期妊娠的安全有效方法。方法将2010年9月～2013年12月期间在我院自愿要求终止妊娠的瘢痕子宫早孕239例患者随机分为2组：药流＋无痛可视清宫术（观察组）、负压吸宫术（对照组），进行终止妊娠，观察两组治疗效果。结果流产率及出血量：两组比较均无显著性差异；人流综合反应率：对照组13.89%、观察组未发生，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；宫内残留率、宫颈或宫腔粘连率：观察组均未发生，对照组分别为8.33%、5.56%，两组比较差异均存在统计学意义。结论药流＋无痛可视清宫术用于终止瘢痕子宫早期妊娠是一种安全有效的方法。
목적：탐토종지반흔자궁조기임신적안전유효방법。방법장2010년9월～2013년12월기간재아원자원요구종지임신적반흔자궁조잉239례환자수궤분위2조：약류＋무통가시청궁술（관찰조）、부압흡궁술（대조조），진행종지임신，관찰량조치료효과。결과유산솔급출혈량：량조비교균무현저성차이；인류종합반응솔：대조조13.89%、관찰조미발생，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；궁내잔류솔、궁경혹궁강점련솔：관찰조균미발생，대조조분별위8.33%、5.56%，량조비교차이균존재통계학의의。결론약류＋무통가시청궁술용우종지반흔자궁조기임신시일충안전유효적방법。
Objective To explore the effective and secure ways of the artificial abortion for the early pregnancy of patients with scar uterus.Methods 239 cases of patients with scar uterus who were willing to terminate the early pregnancy in our hospital from September 2010 to December 2013 were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group was conducted artificial abortion by medical abortion and superconducting visual uterine curettage, while the control group was conducted artificial abortion by negative pressure uterine aspiration.Results Rate of abortion and amount of bleeding: there is no significant difference between the two groups. The comprehensive reaction rate of the artificial abortion: the control group was 13.89%, while the observation was not occurred, with significant difference between the two groups. Rate of intrauterine residual and adhesion rate of cervix uterine cavity: the observation is not occurred, while the control group was 8.33% and 5.56% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions The medical abortion and superconducting visual uterine curettage is a secure and effective way to terminate the early pregnancy of patients with Scar Uterus.
