采用三氯醋酸作为双蛋白纤维(大豆蛋白/酪素蛋白/聚乙烯醇)活性染料活性橙K-R和活性红KE-3B的染色助剂,探讨了三氯醋酸用量、氯化钠用量、染色温度、染色时间和染料用量对染色效果的影响,比较了三氯醋酸染色工艺和常规碳酸钠染色工艺对染色性能的影响,测试了染色纤维的牢度。研究结果表明,采用三氯醋酸作为活性橙K-R和活性红KE-3B染色双蛋白纤维的染色助剂,其最佳染色工艺为:活性橙K-R或活性红KE-3B 2%(omf),三氯醋酸2 g/L,染色温度90℃以上,染色时间30 min,染色过程中无需加入氯化钠,双蛋白纤维的染色牢度优良。

Trichloroacetic acid was used as auxiliary agent for Reactive Orange K- R and Reactive Red KE- 3B dyeing of double protein fibers. The influences of trichloroacetic acid concentration, dosage of sodium chloride and reactive dyes, dyeing temperature and time on dyeing performance were investigated. The influ-ence of trichloroacetic acid dyeing method on dyeing performance was compared with conventional reactive dyeing method. The color fastness of dyed fibers was also tested. It was found that the optimal dyeing meth-od was Reactive Orange K- R or Reactive Red KE- 3B 2%(omf), trichloroacetic acid 2 g/L, dyeing at 90 ℃ for 30 min without addition of sodium chloride, and the dyed fabrics had excellent color fastness.
