以乙二醛为原料,在NaHCO3和Na2SO3存在下,利用残液复用、分子筛和金属Cu为催化剂,一步法制得高纯度的枚棕酸,研究了枚棕酸的合成工艺,该合成方法原料成本低,条件温和,绿色环保,枚棕酸收率可达25%,高于传统方法。

High purity of rhodizonate acid was prepared in one step using glyoxal as the materials in the presence of NaHCO3 and Na2SO3 through residual recycle method under the catalysis of molecular sieve and Cu. The synthesis process of rhodizonate acid was investigated. The raw material cost of this synthesis meth-od was low, the reaction condition was mild and environmental friendly. The yield could reach 25%, which was higher than the traditional method.
