目的:统计分析2012~2013年度内蒙古自治区医用电子直线加速器性能检测结果,探讨检测率与合格率变化趋势及其原因。方法参照国家职业卫生标准GB15213-94、GB/T19046-2003、GBZ126-2011中提出的方法,对医用电子直线加速器进行检测。结果2012年度内蒙古医自治区电子直线加速器的检测率为44%,合格率为72.7%;2013年检测率为92.6%,初检合格率为92%,修正之后合格率提高到了96%。结论通过设备的更新换代、检测服务机构的积极测量和放疗机构的积极修正,内蒙古自治区医用电子直线加速器的检测率和合格率有了明显的提高。

목적:통계분석2012~2013년도내몽고자치구의용전자직선가속기성능검측결과,탐토검측솔여합격솔변화추세급기원인。방법삼조국가직업위생표준GB15213-94、GB/T19046-2003、GBZ126-2011중제출적방법,대의용전자직선가속기진행검측。결과2012년도내몽고의자치구전자직선가속기적검측솔위44%,합격솔위72.7%;2013년검측솔위92.6%,초검합격솔위92%,수정지후합격솔제고도료96%。결론통과설비적경신환대、검측복무궤구적적겁측량화방료궤구적적겁수정,내몽고자치구의용전자직선가속기적검측솔화합격솔유료명현적제고。
Objective To summarize and analyze the performance detection results of medical linear accelerators in Inner Mongolia from 2012 and 2013 to discuss the change trends with corresponding causes of the detection rate and qualiifed rate of the accelerators.Methods The performance detection of the accelerators was conducted through the methods proposed in national occupational health standards GB15213-94, GB/T19046-2003 and GBZ126-2011.Results The detection rate and qualified rate of the accelerators in 2012 were 44% and 72.7%, respectively. The detection rate and qualiifed rate in the initial detection of the accelerators in 2013 were 92.6% and 92%, respectively. The qualiifed rate of the accelerators in 2013 was raised to 96% by repairing several unqualiifed accelerators.Conclusion The detection rate and qualiifed rate of the accelerators had been signiifcantly improved in Inner Mongolia through the equipment replacement, the active equipment detection by testing agencies and the equipment maintenance by radiotherapy institutions.
