目的：探讨应用个性化截骨技术进行膝关节置换术的围术期护理。方法总结29例个性化截骨膝关节置换手术患者的术前、术中、术后护理，对29例手术患者实施护理干预。结果无1例发生并发症，手术均成功，关节功能良好。结论膝关节置换手术治疗方式的进步，对护理工作提出了新的要求，临床中应建立全新的有针对性的护理模式。
목적：탐토응용개성화절골기술진행슬관절치환술적위술기호리。방법총결29례개성화절골슬관절치환수술환자적술전、술중、술후호리，대29례수술환자실시호리간예。결과무1례발생병발증，수술균성공，관절공능량호。결론슬관절치환수술치료방식적진보，대호리공작제출료신적요구，림상중응건립전신적유침대성적호리모식。
Objective To explore the nursing key points about the personalized osteotomy technique in the perioperative period of knee arthroplasty. Methods The intraoperative and postoperative cares of 29 patients with knee arthroplasty with personalized osteotomy technique were summarized. Results No complication was found in all patients, all the operations were successful, and the whole joint functions were good. Conclusions With the progress of personalized surgery treatment for knee arthroplasty, new requirements are put forward in the nursing work, and new targeted nursing mode is required in clinic.
