目的:评价情景导入式健康教育对婴幼儿喂养效果的影响。方法对50例0~2岁婴幼儿父母或喂养者采用情景导入式健康教育的方法进行护理干预,并与常规保健及健康指导的50例0~2岁对照组婴幼儿父母或喂养者进行对比观察,比较两组婴幼儿喂养者喂养知识掌握情况、婴幼儿接受教育后9个月生长发育以及患病情况。结果干预组喂养者的喂养知识掌握情况明显优于对照组喂养者,干预组幼儿三个月后、六个月后、九个月后体重增长水平均明显高于对照组幼儿,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景导入式健康教育能提高0~2岁婴幼儿科学喂养率,促进婴幼儿的生长发育,值得临床推广应用。

목적:평개정경도입식건강교육대영유인위양효과적영향。방법대50례0~2세영유인부모혹위양자채용정경도입식건강교육적방법진행호리간예,병여상규보건급건강지도적50례0~2세대조조영유인부모혹위양자진행대비관찰,비교량조영유인위양자위양지식장악정황、영유인접수교육후9개월생장발육이급환병정황。결과간예조위양자적위양지식장악정황명현우우대조조위양자,간예조유인삼개월후、륙개월후、구개월후체중증장수평균명현고우대조조유인,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론정경도입식건강교육능제고0~2세영유인과학위양솔,촉진영유인적생장발육,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the effect of scene import type health education on feeding of infants and young children. Methods 100 cases of 0~2 years old children were selected and divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. Patients or feeding people of intervention group received scene import type health education, while patients or feeding people of control group received general health guidance. The feeding knowledge level of feeding people of two groups, the situation of children's prevalence, growth and development at 9 months after health education were compared. Results The feeding knowledge level of feeding people of intervention group were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). The weight gain of children of intervention group at 3, 6 and 9 months after health education were significantly higher than those of control group correspondingly (all P <0.05). Conclusions Scene import type health education can promote scientific feeding of children aged from 0~2, and promote the growth and development of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
