目的:探讨COX-2和PDCD4蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达、相互关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测比较13例大肠癌组织和10例正常的大肠组织中COX-2和PDCD4的表达变化。结果大肠癌组织和正常黏膜组织中的COX-2阳性表达分别为84.7%(11/13)和30.0%(3/10);大肠癌组织和正常黏膜组织中PDCD4高表达分别占23.0%(3/13)、90.0%(9/10)。在大肠癌组织中, COX-2阴性的癌组织中PCDC4全部高表达(2/2),有63.6%的COX-2阳性组织同时低表达PD-CD4(7/11),经等级相关检验表明大肠癌组织中COX-2和PDCD4表达具有显著负相关(P=0.007, P<0.01)。结论大肠癌组织中存在COX-2的高表达和PDCD4的低表达,且两者之间的表达强度具有等级负相关性。 PDCD4蛋白可能通过诱导COX-2蛋白的表达上调,增加大肠癌细胞的侵袭力,从而成为其促进大肠癌浸润、转移的途径之一。

목적:탐토COX-2화PDCD4단백재대장암조직중적표체、상호관계급의의。방법채용면역조직화학방법,검측비교13례대장암조직화10례정상적대장조직중COX-2화PDCD4적표체변화。결과대장암조직화정상점막조직중적COX-2양성표체분별위84.7%(11/13)화30.0%(3/10);대장암조직화정상점막조직중PDCD4고표체분별점23.0%(3/13)、90.0%(9/10)。재대장암조직중, COX-2음성적암조직중PCDC4전부고표체(2/2),유63.6%적COX-2양성조직동시저표체PD-CD4(7/11),경등급상관검험표명대장암조직중COX-2화PDCD4표체구유현저부상관(P=0.007, P<0.01)。결론대장암조직중존재COX-2적고표체화PDCD4적저표체,차량자지간적표체강도구유등급부상관성。 PDCD4단백가능통과유도COX-2단백적표체상조,증가대장암세포적침습력,종이성위기촉진대장암침윤、전이적도경지일。
Objective To explore the relationship and significance of cox-2 and PDCD4 protein expression in colorectal cancer tissue. Methods By immunohistochemical method, we compared the changes of COX-2 and PDCD4 expression of 13 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal colon tissue. Results In colorectal cancer tissues and normal mucosa tissues, the COX-2 positive expression rates were 84.7%(11/13) and 30.0%(3/10). PDCD4 high expression in colorectal cancer tissues and normal mucosa tissues were respectively 23.0%(3/13), 90.0%(9/10). 100.0%of the colorectal cancer tissues were COX-2 negative PCDC4 high expression (2/2), and 63.6%were COX-2 positive group and PDCD4 low expression (7/11). According to the rank correlation test, PDCD4 and COX-2 expression in colorectal cancer tissue were in a significant negative correlation (P =0.007, P <0.01). Conclusions The COX-2 high expression and PDCD4 lower expression in colorectal cancer tissue were in a significant negative correlation. PDCD4 protein may increase the aggressivity of the colorectal cancer cells through the induction of COX-2 protein expression level , which become one of the ways to promote the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
