目的：分析38例高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的临床特点，以期更好地指导临床预防和治疗。方法选取自2012年1月至2014年1月在新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院(简称兵团四师医院)及伊犁州新华医院住院收治的38例HALP进行回顾性分析并与同期收治的112非HALP进行对照研究。结果HLAP组与非HLAP组患者的SAP发生率、糖尿病发生率、脂肪肝发生率、复发率进行比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，两组性别比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)；HLAP组与非HLAP组在年龄、TG、Balthazar CT评分上有差异且有统计学意义(P>0.05)，而TC在两者之间无显著差异。结论HLAP组SAP、糖尿病、脂肪肝的发生率及复发率明显增高，且以中青年发病为主，TG是其重要因素。

Objective To analyze the clinical features of 38 cases of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis, in order to better guide clinical prevention and treatment. Methods 38 cases of HALP from January 2012 to January 2014 in the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (Hospital Corps four divisions) and Xinhua Hospital of Yili Prefecture were retrospectively analyzed and compared with 112 cases ofnon-HALP. Results The SAP incidence, incidence of diabetes, fatty liver incidence, recurrence rates between HLAP group and non-HLAP group of patients were significantly different (P <0.01). The two groups showed no statistically significance in gender (P >0.05). Age, TG, and BalthazarCT score were significantly different between the two groups(P >0.05), while the TC was of no significant difference. Conclusions SAP, diabetes incidence and the recurrence rate of fatty liver in HLAP group significantly increase, which is youth-oriented. TG is an important factor for it.
