目的:比较和探讨疏血通联合硫辛酸与单纯硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法120例DPN患者随机分为两组,研究组60例采用疏血通联合硫辛酸静脉滴注治疗,对照组60例单纯应用硫辛酸静脉滴注治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%,研究组数据明显高于对照组,数据间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组SNCV和MNCV平均值均明显高于对照组,数据间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合应用疏血通和硫辛酸治疗DPN具有较好的临床疗效,可有效提升患者神经传导速度,改善肢体不良症状对生存质量的影响,达到更好的施治目的。

Objective To compare and discuss the clinical effect of Shuxuetong combined with lipoic acid and pure lipoic acid treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The study group of 60 patients were given Shuxuetong combined intravenous lipoic acid for treatment, while the control group of 60 patients were given simple lipoic acid infusion therapy. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%, while the control group was 70.0%. The data of the study group was significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). SNCV and MNCV of the study group were significantly higher than the average of the control group, with statistical significance between the data (P <0.01). Conclusions The combined treatment of lipoic acid and Shuxuetong of DPN has better clinical efficacy. It can effectively enhance patients' nerve conduction velocity, and improve the impact of physical symptoms of poor quality of life, in order to achieve the purpose of better differentiation.
