目的：了解重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对抑郁症的疗效及主观睡眠质量的影响。方法将符合入组标准的60例抑郁症患者分为研究组和对照组，分别予以rTMS治疗合用艾司西酞普兰及单用艾司西酞普兰治疗4周，以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)分别于入组时、治疗4周后进行评定，并在研究结束时评定治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)。结果①两组治疗对抑郁症疗效相似，差异无统计学意义；②两组患者治疗后PSQI评分均低于治疗前，与治疗前相比差异有显著统计学意义；且研究结束时研究组PSQI评分要低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义；③两组在TESS的副反应的严重程度及所引起的痛苦评分两方面差异无统计学意义。结论重复经颅磁刺激合用抗抑郁药物治疗抑郁症有较好的疗效，且更能改善患者的主观睡眠质量，故可在临床上尝试使用。
목적：료해중복경로자자격(rTMS)대억욱증적료효급주관수면질량적영향。방법장부합입조표준적60례억욱증환자분위연구조화대조조，분별여이rTMS치료합용애사서태보란급단용애사서태보란치료4주，이한밀돈억욱량표(HAMD-17)、필자보수면질량지수(PSQI)분별우입조시、치료4주후진행평정，병재연구결속시평정치료중출현적증상량표(TESS)。결과①량조치료대억욱증료효상사，차이무통계학의의；②량조환자치료후PSQI평분균저우치료전，여치료전상비차이유현저통계학의의；차연구결속시연구조PSQI평분요저우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의；③량조재TESS적부반응적엄중정도급소인기적통고평분량방면차이무통계학의의。결론중복경로자자격합용항억욱약물치료억욱증유교호적료효，차경능개선환자적주관수면질량，고가재림상상상시사용。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and its influence on subjective sleep quality on patients with depression. Methods 60 eligible depression patients were randomly divided into research group (treated with rTMS and citalopram) and control group (treated with citalopram only). The treatment lasted for four weeks. The clinical effect was evaluated by the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) before and after treatment. At the end of the study, we also evaluated the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS). Results ①The therapeutic effect to depression of the two groups were similar, without statistical difference between the two groups.②At the end of the study, the scores of PSQI of the two groups were lower than before, with significant difference in contrast to pre-therapy;At the same time, the score of PSQI of the research group was lower than that of the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups.③The TESS scores concerning severity of side effects and pain had no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions The therapy of rTMS combined with antide-pressant drugs is effective to depression and the patients' subjective sleep quality, which is feasible to apply in clinic.
