为了优化注射模的设计方法,基于 CAD/CAE 技术,以电话机面板(下述简称塑件)为例,运用Pro/E软件,设计塑件的三维模型和注射模装配图,运用 Moldflow 软件,对塑件最佳浇口位置、充填、冷却和翘曲等方面进行模拟分析,并且根据分析结果,确定出浇注系统和冷却系统及注射模的最佳设计方案。结果表明,采用CAD/CAE技术能够为注射模设计及注射工艺参数的优化调整提供依据,及时有效地预防塑件在注射过程中可能出现的问题,可以提高注射模设计质量,并缩短其设计和开发周期。
為瞭優化註射模的設計方法,基于 CAD/CAE 技術,以電話機麵闆(下述簡稱塑件)為例,運用Pro/E軟件,設計塑件的三維模型和註射模裝配圖,運用 Moldflow 軟件,對塑件最佳澆口位置、充填、冷卻和翹麯等方麵進行模擬分析,併且根據分析結果,確定齣澆註繫統和冷卻繫統及註射模的最佳設計方案。結果錶明,採用CAD/CAE技術能夠為註射模設計及註射工藝參數的優化調整提供依據,及時有效地預防塑件在註射過程中可能齣現的問題,可以提高註射模設計質量,併縮短其設計和開髮週期。

In order to optimize the injection mold design scheme,Pro/E software was used to design the 3D model and the die assembly drawings of the plastic parts,and Moldflow software was also used to simulate and analyze the best gate lo-cation,filling,cooling,and warping of the parts and other aspects with taking the telephone plastic panel as an example and based on CAD/CAE technology.According to the analysis results,the runner system,cooling system and the best design scheme of the inj ection mold were determined.The results showed that the CAD/CAE technology could provide the basis for designers to design mold and for craft to optimize and adj ust the parameters,this method can effectively prevent prob-lems of the plastic parts in inj ection molding process,improve the design quality of mould,and shorten the cycle of the mold design and development.
