用于军用电子设备220/380 V高压市电接入的外接电连接器需长期暴露在室外使用,其电接触部位易受外界湿热、温度和盐雾等影响,从而导致发生短路、腐蚀和打火等问题;因此,其密封问题是电子设备防护的薄弱环节。本文分析了环境因素对外接电连接器造成的不良影响,介绍了外接电连接器密封灌注工艺及其具体操作过程,并对采用不同胶粘剂进行灌封的外接电连接器性能进行了比较。结果表明,采用 W-3导热绝缘胶灌封的外接电连接器具有良好的可操作性和电性能,适用于军用电子设备。

The external connector used for high voltage 220/380V connection in the military electron equipment usually worked under the exposed environment for a long period of time.The electric contact parts of the connector were more sus-ceptible to the humidity,temperature,salt spray and so on,then occured short circuit,corrosion,lighter,and other issues. Therefore how to pressurize the external connector was the weak link of electron equipment protection.In this paper,the impact of environment on external connector was analyzed,the connector irrigated-glue defending technics and its specific operation process which possessed strong practicability was introduced,finally compared the three external connector with different glue.The results indicated that the external connector with W-3 glue had better electricity and operational per-formance,so it could be suit for external connector in military electron equipment..
