本文针对金属支架类铸件壁薄和难以成型的特点,探讨了 Pro/E 软件在压铸模具设计中的优点,介绍了基于Pro/E软件压铸模具开发的一般流程;并借助注射模具模架系统 EMX,为压铸模具装配了模架。结果表明,基于Pro/E软件的压铸模具设计方法,可大大提高压铸模具设计的效率,缩短设计周期,具有一定的推广价值。
本文針對金屬支架類鑄件壁薄和難以成型的特點,探討瞭 Pro/E 軟件在壓鑄模具設計中的優點,介紹瞭基于Pro/E軟件壓鑄模具開髮的一般流程;併藉助註射模具模架繫統 EMX,為壓鑄模具裝配瞭模架。結果錶明,基于Pro/E軟件的壓鑄模具設計方法,可大大提高壓鑄模具設計的效率,縮短設計週期,具有一定的推廣價值。

Focused on the characteristics of stents parts thin shell and difficulties to shape,the advantages of Pro/E software were discussed.and the general process of die-casting mold development was described,and die-set by the expert system-EMX of mold was a ssembled.The results showed that the die casting mold based on Pro/E design can greatly im-prove the efficiency of die design,and shorten the design cycle,it has certain promoting value.
