热压烧结法是将干燥粉料充填入模型内,从单轴方向边加压边加热,使成型和烧结同时完成。与常规冷压烧结法相比,热压烧结法所制备的复合材料的晶粒更加细小,增强相分布更加均匀,故其综合性能更加优异。由于采用热压烧结法生产特殊的碳铜复合材料没有专用模具,在研究该材料生产工艺过程中,需要对相应的模具进行设计研究。本文根据生产中所遇到的问题,结合实际情况,设计开发出一种新型的热压模具,以配合碳铜复合材料的试验生产,提高生产效率。

Hot-pressing sintering is filling dry powder into the model,and from the single axis pressure while heating, makes the molding and sintering at the same time to complete a sintering method.Compared with conventional cold press sintering process,preparations of composites by hot pressing sintering,small grains more,strengthen phase distribution are more homogeneous,so its comprehensive performance is more outstanding.It does not have a dedicated mold for the hot pressing method to produce a specific type of carbon-copper composite material,so it was needed to design a mold for stud-ying composite production process.The paper based on the production problems for the actual production,combined with the actual situation of design and developed a new type of hot pressing mold to cope with the carbon-copper composite mate-rials production and improve production efficiency.
