由于薄壁零件的结构特点,造成其刚度低,切削过程中受切削力和夹紧力的作用时,极易产生变形,从而影响其尺寸公差和几何公差。本文从工艺流程设计和工艺过程控制等方面,介绍了某大型薄壁铸铝件的加工工艺过程,提出了相应的技术措施,解决了该零件的机械加工问题,为相关高精度薄壁件的加工提供了具体思路和可借鉴的措施。

Thin-wall parts have the poor rigidity because of self structure characteristics,parts are easy to occur deform-ation under the function of cutting force and clamp force during cutting process,which will affect dimensional precision and shape precision.The paper introduced machining process of a large type thin-wall parts from the aspects of process flow de-sign and process course control,provided relative technical measures,which solved the machining problems for the part, and gave the concrete idea and constructional measures for machining of high precision thin-wall parts.
