我国现代大学课程制度的改革与发展体现出典型的政府主导型特征，遵循社会本位的价值取向，其变革还具有强制性的自上而下的、与高等教育整体改革一体化的特点。在大学课程制度构建与改革中，需要通过落实大学的自主权、促进师生民主参与课程教学、明确课程的管理机构及各自的权限、建立科学规范的大学课程教学运行程序等措施对我国现代大学课程制度加以改革。

아국현대대학과정제도적개혁여발전체현출전형적정부주도형특정，준순사회본위적개치취향，기변혁환구유강제성적자상이하적、여고등교육정체개혁일체화적특점。재대학과정제도구건여개혁중，수요통과락실대학적자주권、촉진사생민주삼여과정교학、명학과정적관리궤구급각자적권한、건립과학규범적대학과정교학운행정서등조시대아국현대대학과정제도가이개혁。
After more than a century of development ,the curriculum system of modern university in China shows typical characteristics of government dominance and follows the social standard of value orientation. Moreover , The change has the characteristics of the compellent top-down and integration with the reform of higher education. We need the corresponding measures to reform the curriculum system of modern university , which includes the implementation of university autonomy in curriculum system ’s construction and reform , establishing the mechanism of democratic participation of teachers and students in curriculum system of university, building on the definite university teaching management mechanism and authority to establish a strict operational procedure of university course teaching and so on.
