高校只有走内涵式发展之路，才能实现又好又快的可持续发展。而可持续发展的主要内部因素在于学术力的提升，它是支撑高校长久发展的根本动力。从国家发展战略的高度看，是建设创新型国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴、实现中国梦的必要条件；从高校内部来说，也是新形势下高校自身发展和履行好基本职能的需要，更是办成国内外知名大学的必然选择。而高校要谋求以人为本的全面可持续发展，逐渐培育起自身的核心能力，就应当从学术环境中的人、学术制度、学术内部组织等学术力构成的三个基本要素上着手；只有不断提升学术力，才能为自身可持续发展提供源源不断的核心动力。

For good and fast sustainable development of colleges and universities ,connotative development is the inevitable choice. The main internal factor for sustainable development is the development of scholarship , which is the basic motive force for long term development of colleges and universities. From the view of national development strategy,it is the requirement to build an innovation-originated nation,realize Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation,and realize the China dream. From the view of colleges and universities themselves ,it is a demand for colleges and universities to develop themselves and perform functions better under the new situation , and it is the inevitable choice for the creation of well-known colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should realize people-oriented integrated sustainable development and form their core capability ,thus three basic factors of scholarship including academic man ,academic system and academic internal organization should be focused on. Development of scholarship is the core power for their sustainable development.
