农村薄弱学校的改造进行多年后,仍然存在着很大的改善空间,主要改造观点有两个:国家推动的强制变迁和学校内部自生式变迁。两种理论均遇到财政、思想和生源等各方面的阻力,而比较优势理论强调所有参与者均有自己的优势,充分发挥自身优势后相互合作,均能获得普遍进步。薄弱学校变为强校的过程是自身优势发现、利用和壮大的过程,并在与强校竞争过程中,形成自信、良性的发展态势。

After the transformation of the rural backward school ,there is still much improvement space. There are two main views:the country-driven model and the school internal spontaneous catch-up motivation. Both theories are encountered obstacles,such as finance,thoughts and the students number reducing. But the comparative advantage theory thinks all market participants have their own advantages. They all can show their advantages by given enough right in mutual cooperation. The changing process from weak school to strong school is the process which its self advantage ’ s finding , utilizing and growing . In the competing with strong school process,the weak school can achieve confidence and right development trend.
