为缩短10 kV配网线路信息检索时间,提出了基于线路物理属性的直接法分段方案,将10 kV配网线路分成若干线路段,对每一线路段的保护配置、线路型号及载流量、用户情况、供电容量、供电区域、同杆线路和操作注意事项等信息分别进行搜集、整理,建立了市区10 kV配网线路信息数据库,并通过设置链接的方式将该数据库中的信息嵌入至调度自动化系统,实现了鼠标单击即可弹出线路信息图形框的功能。实践证明,该方法能大幅缩短配网线路信息检索时间,提高调度、运维等工作的效率,对提高供电可靠性具有积极作用。

To shorten time of information retrieving for 10 kV distribution lines,a direct method based on the physical attributes of the line is put forward,according to which 10 kV distribution lines are divided into sections. For every line section,information such as configuration of relay protection, line type and current-carrying capacity,users,power supply capacity and area,parallel lines,operating precautions,etc is collected and arranged. A database for 10 kV distribution line sections is established,and information from the database is implanted into power dispatching automation system of a city power supply company through setting links,thereby the image frame of 10 kV distribution line information popped up by mouse clicking is realized. Practice shows that this method could significantly improve efficiency of distribution network dispatching and operating,and play an active role in improving reliability of power supply.
