分析运动在乳腺癌发生、发展、康复中的作用及其相关机制，以期为乳腺癌的运动疗法提供理论依据。主要结论：建议今后不仅要深入探讨运动干预在乳腺癌治疗中可能的机制，还要进行大量随机对照试验研究，进一步量化运动的强度、持续时间等要素，不仅为丰富乳腺癌的治疗手段、扩大运动在乳腺癌防治中的应用范围提供实验依据，并且要应用于实践，科学地指导女性进行运动，防治乳腺癌。

T his paper analyzed the effect of exercise in the prevention ,development and rehabilitation of breast cancer and its relational mechanisms in order to provide a theoretical basis of exercise therapy for the breast cancer by using the meth-od of literature consultation .It suggested that in the future the mechanism of exercise intervention in the treatment of breast cancer should be researched in depth and a large number of randomized controlled trials should be made so as to quantify the exercise intensity ,duration ,and other factors ,which hoped to provide experimental evidence in enriching therapies and expanding the applications of exercise in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer .Moreover ,women could be better instructed to exercise so that breast cancer could be prevented .
