随着生物技术的发展对中药全蝎有效成分的提取由传统的水提、醇提过渡到半仿生及仿生提取,且随着分子生物学的发展对其药理研究多集中于小分子蛋白。本文将根据近年来国内外公开发表的有关文献,从中药全蝎的提取工艺、化学成分及其药理研究等方面进行综述。
隨著生物技術的髮展對中藥全蝎有效成分的提取由傳統的水提、醇提過渡到半倣生及倣生提取,且隨著分子生物學的髮展對其藥理研究多集中于小分子蛋白。本文將根據近年來國內外公開髮錶的有關文獻,從中藥全蝎的提取工藝、化學成分及其藥理研究等方麵進行綜述。

With the development of biotechnology for scorpion active ingredients of Buthus martensi Karsch by the tran-sition of the traditional water extraction,alcohol extraction to the semi bionics and bionic extraction,and with the develop-ment of molecular biology for its pharmacological research focused on the small molecular protein. This article summarized Buthus martensi Karsch extraction process,chemical composition and pharmacological research and so onaccording to the published literatures at home and abroad in recent years.
