目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定达托霉素中有机溶剂乙醇、乙腈含量的方法。方法以 DB - WAX 毛细管柱为分离柱,采用程序升温,检测器为 FID。结果线性关系良好,方法精密度、重复性均符合要求。结论该方法可用于达托霉素原料中残留溶剂乙醇和乙腈的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual ethanol and acetonitrile in daptomycin by headspace gas chromatography. Methods The DB - WAX capillary column was adopted,temperature programming and FID detector was used. Results The two compositions had good linear relationship and the precision and reproducibility of the method were in accord with the requests. Conclusion This method could be used to determine residual ethanol and acetonitrile in daptomycin.
