根据反应精馏在碳五分离预处理单元中实际应用情况,分析了生产中影响反应精馏效果的主要因素,提出了较为合理的操作控制条件,并且经过长周期运行检验,达到了设计生产要求。同时,分析结果也表明异戊二烯(IP)和环戊二烯(CPD)、IP 和间戊二烯(PIP)等组分间的共聚是造成 IP 损失的主要原因。

According to the practical application of separation pretreatment unit with reaction distillation,the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the reaction distillation have been analyzed. The reasonable operating conditions were proposed,which have been tested by a long - term operation and reached the design requirements. It′s also proved that the main reason for the loss of IP is the copolymerization between IP and CPD,IP and PIP etc.
