本文研究了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP - AES)测定工业废水中碲的方法。对碲的条件、共存元素的干扰情况及样品处理的最优选择进行了研究,碲加标回收率为93.99%~98.50%,相对标准偏差为1.80%,方法简单快速,易于掌握。

A new inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry( ICP - AES)method was established to determine tellurium in industrial waste water. In this method,asppropriate testing conditions for tellurium as well as interference of coexisting elements on testing results were studied. The method detection recovery for tellurium was 93. 99% ~ 98. 50% , relative standard deviation for tellurium was 1. 80% ,the method is simple and fast,easy to master.
