二恶英类化合物的检测是垃圾焚烧废气检测中的重要项目,以 HRGC - HRMS 高分辨气质法为主的仪器分析方法的通量低且检测成本高,不利于对大量样品进行快速的检测。本文结合一套新型样品前处理柱,开发了 EROD 生物测试法用于垃圾焚烧炉烟道废气样品中二恶英类化合物的检测,该方法具有通量大、检测成本低等优点。在检测过程中,同时比对了 EROD 生物测试法和 HRGC - HRMS 法两种方法,发现两者具有强相关性(R2=0.95)。这一结果表明,结合新型前处理柱的 EROD 生物测试法能够得到与高分辨气质仪器分析方法具有相近 TEQ 值的检测结果,适合于垃圾焚烧废气样品中的二恶英类化合物的快速筛查检测。

Detection of dioxin - like compounds was an important item in waste incineration. The main instrument was high resolution gas chromatography/ high resolution mass spectrometry( HRGC/ HRMS)with low sample throughput and high cost,which was not conducive to a large number of samples for rapid detection. In this paper,one innovate sample pre -treament column was combined with EROD bioassay to develop a rapid screening method to detect dioxin - like compounds of flue gas from waste incinerators. This method was excellent with advantage of high sample throughput and low cost. In the detection process,comparison was taken between HRGC/ HRMS and EROD bioassay,proved strong correlation was existed between them(R2 = 0. 95). The results showed that EROD bioassay could provide approximate TEQ values to HRGC/ HRMS by combination with innovate sample pre - treament column. The method was suitable for rapid screening of dioxin - like compounds in flue gas samples from waste incinerators.
