本文对醋酸甲醛合成丙烯酸催化剂制备及活性做了研究,确定了催化剂载体及活性组分,以二氧化硅和二氧化钛作载体,硼酸为活性组分,与国内钒磷催化剂相比,创新了硼酸为活性组分的催化剂,并对工艺条件进行了优化。
本文對醋痠甲醛閤成丙烯痠催化劑製備及活性做瞭研究,確定瞭催化劑載體及活性組分,以二氧化硅和二氧化鈦作載體,硼痠為活性組分,與國內釩燐催化劑相比,創新瞭硼痠為活性組分的催化劑,併對工藝條件進行瞭優化。

Production and active of the catalyst used in reaction that crylic acid was synthesized by using acetic acid and formaldehyde were studied. The carrier and active substance were comfirmed,the carriers were silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide,the active substance was boric acid. Compared with vanadium - phosphorus catalyst in china,the innovation was the catalyst with boric acid as active substance . The reaction parameters were optimized.
