竹浆粘胶纤维冷轧堆染色时,通过染料筛选选择同步一致的活性染料活性橙SNE、活性黑SNE、活性大红SNE,提高染色的稳定性和重现性。使用固色碱代替水玻璃改善竹浆粘胶织物的手感,并将堆置时间缩短至12 h,提高效率。后整理使用亲水柔软剂,使竹浆粘胶纤维织物吸湿性能得以充分体现。

In cold pad-batch dyeing process, reactive orange dye SNE, reactive black dye SNE and reactive brilliant red dye SNE were selected for the same dyeing rate to enhance the stability and reproducibility of dyeing. The substitutive alkali was used to replace sodium silicate to improve the handle of bamboo viscose fabric. The batching time was shortened to 12 h and the efficiency was raised. The good absorption behavior of bamboo viscose fabric was obtained with hydrophilic softener in finishing process.
