弯道水流运动所涉及的物理量较多,边界条件复杂多变,采用 vof 和 k-ε粘度模型模拟各个工况下的弯道分流,并利用室内弯道分流水槽模型试验结果对数值模型进行验证,在模型验证的基础上增加模拟变量和工况,对影响分水口水力特性的主要影响因素分流比和分流角度进行多组模拟。结果表明:在相同的分流比条件下,当分流角为30°和120°时的最大流速值较大。

Bend flow movement involves much physical quantities and the boundary conditions are complex and changeable. VOF and k-ε viscosity model was used to simulate the bypass flow in each case and diversion flume model experiment results were used to vali-date the numerical model. On the basis of the model validation, we added analog variables and conditions, the main factors affecting wa-ter port hydraulic characteristics were simulated in terms of diversion ratio and diversion flow angle. The results show that in the diver-sion angle under the same conditions, the smaller the split ratio is, the easier it is for water to form recirculation zone; with the split ratio increases, the recirculation zone decreases; under the same flow ratio conditions, when the inclination angle is 30 ° and 120 °the maxi-mum velocity is relatively larger.
