At present, virtual prototype technology VPT (Virtual Prototyping Technology) for the purpose of analysis, optimization design and simulation has been widely applied in different fields. This article makes a finite element analysis of key components for the residual film recovery. The modeling method was adopted to calculate the stress, displacement and strain of elastic teeth and check pickup teeth strength, so as to make the elastic tooth meet the work requirement.
