This paper makes analysis of the harm of waste plastic film pollution in Xinjiang, explains the main content of the residual film mechanical recycling technology and its technical process and related equipment, and puts forward reasonable and effective scheme for the clearance of plastic film in light of the production actuality in Xinjiang from the aspects of agronomy and recovery tools in a bid to provide the beneficial reference for the ease of agricultural film pollution in Hami area.
