用掺入 Ce∶YAG 荧光粉的树脂封装蓝光 LED 芯片,研制可用于水下集鱼灯的大功率 LED 发光板,并系统地测量其电流、电压特性和发光特性。测量结果表明:输入电流较小时(小于0.5A),电流与电压之间的关系可用指数函数描述,输入电流较大时(大于2.0A),电流与电压的关系可用线性函数描述;LED 发光板在450 nm 处有发光峰值,为蓝光芯片的自身发光,在550 nm 附近有较宽的发光峰,为封装树脂中掺入的 Ce∶YAG 荧光粉的发光;LED 发光板的流明光效最大值接近120 lm/W,在输入电功率接近100 W 时,其流明光效仍接近90 lm/W。
用摻入 Ce∶YAG 熒光粉的樹脂封裝藍光 LED 芯片,研製可用于水下集魚燈的大功率 LED 髮光闆,併繫統地測量其電流、電壓特性和髮光特性。測量結果錶明:輸入電流較小時(小于0.5A),電流與電壓之間的關繫可用指數函數描述,輸入電流較大時(大于2.0A),電流與電壓的關繫可用線性函數描述;LED 髮光闆在450 nm 處有髮光峰值,為藍光芯片的自身髮光,在550 nm 附近有較寬的髮光峰,為封裝樹脂中摻入的 Ce∶YAG 熒光粉的髮光;LED 髮光闆的流明光效最大值接近120 lm/W,在輸入電功率接近100 W 時,其流明光效仍接近90 lm/W。

Blue LED chips were encapsulated by plastic which were mixed with Ce∶YAG fluorescent powder, and LED lighting plate were designed for high power LED underwater fish aggregation lamp. The current-voltage characteristics and light-emitting properties of LED lighting plate were measured. When the input current is small (less than 0.5 A), the current-voltage relation could be described by exponential function; when the input current is large (larger than 2.0 A), the current-voltage relation could be described by a linear function. Emission peak at 450 nm is from blue LED chips, and the wide emission peak near 550nm is from the Ce∶YAG phosphors. The maximum lumen efficiency of LED lighting plate is close to 120 lm/W, and the Lumen lighting effect is no less than 90 lm/W even the input power reaches 100 W.
