采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法分别测定细辛精油和3种化学药剂(70%恶霉灵 WP、500 g /L 扑海因 SC、30%嘧霉胺 SC)对茄子枯萎病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑菌效果。结果表明:细辛精油对茄子枯萎病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用,EC50分别为1009.72 mg/L 和349.05 mg/L,且对孢子萌发的抑制作用明显优于菌丝生长,说明细辛精油对茄子枯萎病菌的主要作用方式为抑制孢子萌发;从 EC90上看,细辛精油的抑菌效果比恶霉灵提高61.63%(菌丝生长)和99.75%(孢子萌发),说明细辛精油在较高浓度时的抑菌效果优于恶霉灵。

The effects of Asarum Essential Oils and three chemical pesticides (70% Hymexazol WP, 500 g /L Rovral SC, 30%Pyrimethanil SC)on hyphae growth and spore germination of eggplant F. oxysporum were studied with growth rate method and spores germination method. The results showed that the asarum essential oils had significant antibacterial effects on hyphae growth and spore germination of F. oxysporum, the EC50 is 1009.72 mg/L and 349.05 mg/L respectively, and the inhibited effect on spore germination was better than hyphae growth. Indicate that control spore germination was apparently acts of the asarum essential oils. Contrast the EC90, the inhibitory effect of asarum essential oils had 61.63% (hyphae growth) and 99.75% (spore germination) increase than hymexazol. Indicate that the inhibited effect of asarum essential oils on F. oxysporum was superior to hymexazol in high concentration. This study would be beneficial to use asarum essential oils as a new botanical fungicide.
