基于淮南矿业集团电力有限责任公司(淮矿电力公司)对持有多种不同电力权益规模发电厂的监管要求，设计了涵盖全资、煤电均股、参均股多种权益规模的实时监管系统。该系统建立了大屏监视中心和网站整体发布两级监管体系，整合了机组概况、公司治理、预算管理等信息的参均股信息平台，具有大屏幕展示、设备可靠性统计、实时报警、对标管理、主要监管指标的移动发布等功能，进一步提高了管理水平。

Against the supervision requirements on power plants owning different shares by Huainan Mine Power Co.Ltd.,a real-time monitoring system covering several share scales like wholly-owned,average for mine and power and parameters for shares was designed.This system builds up a two-grade supervision system,which consists of large screen monitoring center and website overall publishing.The system in-tegrates three main profiles,corporate governance,budget management and other information parameters and establishes the shares information platform,which can realize large screen display,equipment reliability statistics,real-time event alarm unit,standard management,main regulatory indicators mobile publishing applications and other functions.
