循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在分离器区域采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)烟气脱硝技术可实现燃煤锅炉NOx 低排放。为此,针对秦皇岛秦热发电有限责任公司SNCR烟气脱硝系统,设计了CFB锅炉SNCR烟气脱硝控制策略,结合工程应用,总结并分析了该 SNCR 脱硝系统控制策略的有效性、稳定性及安全性。

Low NOx emission from coal-fired boilers can be realized by adopting the selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)technology on separators of large-scale circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boilers.On the basis of the SNCR flue gas denitrification system applied in Qinhuangdao Qinre Power Plant,the control system and strategy used in large scale CFB boilers were designed and developed.In addition,combining with the practical implementation,the effectiveness,stability and safety of the control strategy applied in this SNCR system was investigated.
