针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温大滞后、时变性、不确定性的特点,设计了一种基于控制过程参数的模糊控制器。在对控制对象动态特性分析的基础上,采用控制过程参数代替偏差变化率,并将其作为模糊控制的决策依据,从而正确反映了被控制量的变化趋势。将该控制器应用于 CFB锅炉床温控制中,并与常规 PID控制进行仿真比较。结果表明,该控制器的控制效果优于常规 PID 控制器,并且当控制对象的模型有较大变化时,仍具有较好的控制品质和适应性。

Against the long time delay,time variation and uncertainty characteristics of bed temper-ature of CFB boilers,a new fuzzy control system was presented,on the basis of historical control information.By analyzing dynamic characteristics of the control obj ects,the historical control in-formation was used as the decision basis of the fuzzy control,by substituting for the deviation change rate.Thus,the variation trend of the controlled variable can be reflected duly.The new fuzzy controller was applied to control bed temperature of CFB boilers,and the results were com-pared with the conventional PID controller by simulation test.The results show that,the control effectiveness of this historical control information based fuzzy controller was superior to that of the conventional PID controller,and good control performance can be maintained when the model of control obj ect changed,so the new fuzzy controller had strong adaptability.
