火电厂中储式制粉系统钢球磨煤机(球磨机)为多变量耦合、大滞后及非线性复杂被控对象,传统采用的3套独立 PID 控制系统不具有自适应性和解耦性,故自动控制效果不理想。为此,以火电厂中储式制粉系统球磨机为对象,基于预测控制对其进行了控制研究,提出了球磨机控制方法和存在问题,给出了仿真模型,并对球磨机模型预测控制与常规 PID控制进行仿真比较。结果表明,模型预测控制较常规PID控制,控制效果具有显著改善。
火電廠中儲式製粉繫統鋼毬磨煤機(毬磨機)為多變量耦閤、大滯後及非線性複雜被控對象,傳統採用的3套獨立 PID 控製繫統不具有自適應性和解耦性,故自動控製效果不理想。為此,以火電廠中儲式製粉繫統毬磨機為對象,基于預測控製對其進行瞭控製研究,提齣瞭毬磨機控製方法和存在問題,給齣瞭倣真模型,併對毬磨機模型預測控製與常規 PID控製進行倣真比較。結果錶明,模型預測控製較常規PID控製,控製效果具有顯著改善。

Ball coal mill system is a complicated obj ect with characteristics of multi-variety coupling,nonlin-ear and time-delay.The conventional independent three sets of PID controlling systems have no auto adapt-ability and decoupling ability,so it cannot work steadily for long term and the control effect is not good.By taking the thermal power plant's ball mill pulverizing control system as the research obj ect,the ball mill pulverizing control system's control method and existing problems were investigated,from the view of pre-dictive control.Moreover,the simulation model was established,and simulation comparison between model predictive control and PID control was carried out.The results show that the model predictive control can obtain fairly good results.
