采用浸渍法制备了负载 Sb、Nb 的 V-Sb-Nb/TiO2催化剂,研究了典型中毒物质对其脱硝活性的影响,并将其催化性能与 V2 O5/TiO2、V2 O5-WO3/TiO2做了比较.结果表明,与 V2 O5/TiO2相比,V-Sb-Nb/TiO2具有良好的抗金属氧化物及氯化物中毒的能力,同时其抗氯化物中毒的性能优于 V2 O5-WO3/TiO2.另外,在 V-Sb-Nb/TiO2催化剂的基础上添加少量的WO3可以进一步提高催化剂脱硝活性.试验表明,Sb 和 Nb 氧化物替代 V2 O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂(VWTi催化剂)中的 WO3在经济技术上可行.

The effects of representative poisoning components on catalytic activity of V-Sb-Nb/TiO2 catalyst were investigated,and its performance was compared with that of V2 O5/TiO2 and V2 O5-WO3/TiO2 cata-lyst.The results show that the catalytic activity of V-Sb-Nb/TiO2 catalyst doped with metal oxides(such as K2 O,Na2 O,CaO,PbO)is still higher than that of the fresh V2 O5/TiO2 catalyst.Besides,V-Sb-Nb/TiO2 catalyst doped with chlorides(such as KCl,NaCl,CaCl2 )has a higher NO reduction efficiency than V2 O5-WO3/TiO2 under the same condition.It can be concluded that the V-Sb-Nb/TiO2 catalyst has good anti-poisoning ability from metal oxides and chlorides.In addition,in the denitration activity of the V-Sb-Nb/TiO2 catalyst can be further enhanced by introducing WO3 .In conclusion,the substitution of Sb,Nb for W in commercial commonly used V2 O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst is economically and technically feasible.
